Sleep Deep Audio Series

Welcome to this mini-series to support you in unwinding and disconnecting from the day.

All you have to do is find a comfortable and safe space to rest and listen to the audio. 

Each time you practice you will have a different experience and it might take some practice to get the body and mind to relax so give it a few goes and don’t worry if you don’t feel relaxed the first time.

This is a 10-minute practice that you can do any time of day to re-connect to the body and practice coming out of the thinking mind and coming into the feeling body.

If you feel like you just need to take. a break and stop and refresh, this is a perfect mini practice.

This is a 20-minute practice that you can do any time of day, and is perfect for a midday power nap. I do wake you up at the end of this practice, so it’s not the best one to do before bed.

If you feel a little bit overwhelmed and anxious and like your mind needs a rest, give this practice a go. You might still feel anxious throughout, and that’s normal, but you can invite your body to stop create a space for your mind to unwind.

This practice is specifically designed for sleep. Ideally you would have the audio on a device that won’t ring or disturb you, so turn a phone onto do not disturb and make sure if it’s on a laptop nothing else is open. Turn the screen off and then get into bed to listen. 
I do not wake you up at the end so you can drift off. You can listen to it multiple times if you like as sometimes it can take a while for the body to come to rest an that’s fine.
