Learn how to develop a meditation practice and start your day right?

We’ll explore different meditation approaches and techniques, week after week, in bite-size chunks. You’ll have the chance to learn, experiment, experience and reflect. Are you curious?

In 30mins : I will introduce the practice, we will practice, then we have some time for inquiry and reflection before you glide into your day.
