Tuesdays, 20:00-21:00

This is a class of relaxation where I teach you how to lie in stillness and experience Yoga Nidra. You will learn how to experience deep-state relaxation using the practice of Yoga Nidra (deep-dynamic sleep). 
Each session has:
>> 5 – 10 Minute Check-in, intro and space prepration
>> 30-45 minute Yoga Nidra session where I’ll teach you to lie in stillness a Mindfulness
>> 5 – 10 minute integration, reflection and mindful sit to close
